Chronicles of a Vampire

Two blackened eyes.
One darkened heart.
Rising from the slumber of the earth torn apart.
Shadowy drapes of velvet curds are swirling and curling to match the start,
The base of the towers are damp to a touch,
Clambering, crawling, creeping and slinking through,
Accross the cement and above the ceramic grates,
The head snaps up to meet the steely moon,
Gazing upon her empowering ways,
Lips unfurl to reveal silvery white,
Weapons to feed, to make you meet your fate,

Stalking through the shadows, catching the scent,
Through hours of darkness how the chase is spent,
All to have it finished, lips to your neck in a second, no tears were wept.
The flow is trickling and drips down the chin,
Power of a new life running through until you're still,
Hunger satiated by crimson red.
The rush is reaching and pulsing through my head,
Sinking fangs into ones self, to press the passion to your lips,
Before the death might take it's hold, presenting one to give undeath.

6 Feet under the creature awakens.
Arms through soil and rotted earth,
Claws are grasping, reaching for birth.
Desperation drawing to it's near, two silvery white break through the fear,
The Made meets Maker, It's known life taker, given it's master,
Grinning and jeering to the silvery moon...
The Hunted becomes Hunter at the side of it's lover,
Two become one.
Slipping to the shadows, slinking to the depths of the dark,
As the Sun slips to the tip of the dying planet to begin their sleep,
Only to do it all again at the rebirth of the night.
